Same PV from main analyis
« on: January 26, 2013, 07:39:43 AM »
Hi:

I'm trying to obtain same PV than those which are used to plot the multidimensional Wright map from the results output. I'm trying to explain the Wright map with numbers (% of person with enough ability per item and per each dimension) and PV values computed after the analysis did not fit well because the randomness. Where are the initial PV used to plot the Wright map?

Thanks

The PVs used for the map in the show file are not available. As they are random draws, they will be more or less different every time you draw them. The difference will depend on the number of items you have, the reliability and the conditional model you used. If you want to create your own map, you can just use the first PV. It should be OK if it looks a little different from the map created by ConQuest.

My apologies for the slow response. We had an IT issue that I was not aware of.
