Hi,
 I have used TIMSS item in national assessment.
Anybody can help to how TIMSS items parameter fixed in conquest and calculate the result.
So, the national result can compare with the international value.

check out the Command Referecne https://www.acer.org/files/Command-Reference.pdf - the section on the import command has a sub heading explaining the argument anchor_parameters and there is an example:

anchor values for other item response parameters are to be read from anch.dat.
