Anybody can provide me to see calculate PV syntax and basic requirements of data.

check out the Command Referecne https://www.acer.org/files/Command-Reference.pdf - the section on the estimate command has a sub heading explaining the option plausible=filename and there is an example:

estimate ! method=montecarlo, nodes=2000,
   plausible=mdim.pls;


Estimate the currently defined model using the Monte Carlo integration method with 2000 nodes. After the estimation, write plausible values and EAP estimates to the file mdim.pls.

alternatively

Produces the file example.pls of plausible values.
