Previous use: 2019 Month 3 Day 19

I have change the date of my system on 2019.03.19, and later I change the date on current date (2019.02.19).
unfortunately, I can't use ConQuest 4 now.
The error messages shows "Previous use: 2019 Month 3 Day 19" and "This version of ConQuest has been used at a date after the current date".
How can I solve this problem?
