EAP file
« on: July 24, 2012, 10:08:11 AM »
Hi Ray,
The EAP estimates file contains three columns for each dimension.
Can you please expalin what each colum refers to?
Under what conditions do we prefer to use EAP ability estimates instead of MLE or WLE?

Thanks

first field is EAP estimate, second field is the posterior standard deviation and third is reliability of the estimate.

If you want a point estimate EAP is often my prefered estimate.

This is very helpful. I don't think the ConQuest v2 User Manual specified the third column for the EAP file (at least from my searching in it).
